WITCHWOOD RECORDS ONLINE SHOP - TEMPORARILY CLOSED

Dear Strawbsfans

The online shop at www.witchwoodrecords.co.uk has been experiencing
technical difficulties over the last few days. Staff there have been
unable to reproduce the problems, but they are clearly still persisting,
and we have taken the decision to close it down until these problems can be
fixed.

Please be reassured -
1. No credit card details have been compromised.
2. Everyone who has ordered to date will receive their boxed sets and have
their names in the booklet as promised. Staff will be checking the orders
manually to ensure that all details are correct - if there are any doubts
they will contact you.
3. Witchwood Records are producing a list of those who have ordered the
boxed set - I'll notify you shortly how you can check to make sure your
order has been processed. Please don't contact Witchwood Records (or me!)
directly for now, they are busy manually checking the orders.

Please note none of the difficulties have related to ordering by phone or
fax with your credit card. These methods of purchasing remain available.

Thanks to all of you who have already bought the boxed set, despite
everything - please accept apologies from me, Dave and the Strawbs and
Witchwood Records for the problems you've encountered in doing so - we
value the support you've given us and are extremely sorry.
