First, apologies for the long radio silence, due both to personal matters and the day consultancy job - I seem to have had more time for Strawbsweb when I was in full-time employment than I do today in a consultancy role - I guess a hired gun has actually to be for hire, whereas an employee can goof off and play with the internet!!!

Thanks to those who were concerned and got in touch - sorry I haven't been too great in getting back in touch with you! Normal service to be resumed ....

Big news is that Witchwood Media has done a deal with Cherry Red to take over the existing Witchwood Media catalogue, which we hope will result in new and interesting releases in the coming years.

CHERRY RED RECORDS TAKING OVER WITCHWOOD MEDIA CATALOGUE
==============================================
After licensing new album "The Ferryman's Curse" to Cherry Red Records for wider exposure, the Witchwood Media directors have finalised a transaction with Cherry Red where the label takes over the WML back catalogue for further exploitation in the future. Dave will be liaising closely with Cherry Red to make sure future releases

Chairman of Cherry Red Iain McNay marked the signing last Thursday with a post on his Facebook page alongside a picture of him and Dave. Dave also attended as a guest at Cherry Red's 40th anniversary party a week or two ago, where Howard Jones was performing.
